Account management is very simple using our account manager script. Simply click on the "Manage Account" button at the top of this page or click here to arrive at the login page. You will need your email address and password to login.

Upon receipt of an invoice you may pay it by logging in to your account manager and clicking on the invoices tab or by selecting Billing -> My Invoices from the secondary navigation menu. Select the unpaid invoice you wish to pay. This will take you to a view of your invoice. At the top right hand side of this invoice you will see a button that says "Make One Off Payment". Click this button to complete the payment process.

Our encrypted system does not allow for password recovery, per-se. Clients who cannot remember their password may reset it by following this link.

Setting up your email address to work with you email software on a computer or a smart device (phone, tablet, etc) can be a bit tricky. Start the process by logging in to your account manager.Once you are logged in, in the Active Products/Services area click on your hosting package. On the following page, under Quick Shortcuts, click on "Email Accounts". This will take you to the email section of your cPanel account manager. Once you are on this Email management page click on "More" then "Configure Email Client". On this page you will find all of the automatic configuration scripts as well as manual settings for your email accounts. Simply enter the information that is requested by your software / smart device. Once you are finished, to test your setup email yourself. If you receive the email successfully then you can be sure that you have both sending and receiving capabilities.

If you already own a domain, the procedure to set it up to work with our server is simple. Login to your domain registrar's account, and look for something related to "DNS Servers". Once you've found the page where you can set your own custom DNS servers, simply enter the two following servers in place of the old: NS1.NVMHOSTING.COM and NS2.NVMHOSTING.COM. This change can take up to 48 hours to propagate, though it commonly goes through within a couple of hours for most people.

We currently offer a risk-free 30 day trial period for all new clients. This means that if you are not satisfied with your account or our hosting services within 30 days of registering a hosting account with Neo Vida Media Hosting, your payment will be refunded to you in full. Please note that in the event you request a refund your account will be deleted immediately following reimbursement. It is prudent to note that we have never had to take this action. However, it is important to note that some services, though they are set up immediately, will take some time to propagate throughout the internet. Such propagation (ie. domain registration) is out of our hands, but are most often active within 48 hours following setup, with many coming online within a couple of hours.

For the moment you will need to get us to purchase a domain for you, or you can purchase it yourself -- any registrar will do!
